SCUBA DIVING
With reef life consisting of over 700 common fish species and many more to be discovered and classified, the Maldives is recognized as one of the best dive destinations in the world. Did you know three quarters of the world’s reef species are found in the Maldives?
Theia does not have a fixed number of dives per a trip - we aim to give you as many quality dives as we can! Our approximate schedule: Day 1: Check-in and snorkeling / all other days 3 dives / channel crossing day 2 dives / last day 1 dive.
Theia does not follow fixed itineraries - our top priority is to show you the most beautiful and renowned dive sites of the Maldives, therefore the route is decided depending on the season and weather conditions. At the beginning of every trip a rough route will be announced, followed by daily, more detailed briefings. Before every dive a thorough briefing will be given and a detailed map of the dive site will be shown.
