Sachika liveaboard : Maldives
Sachika is a stunningly luxurious Maldivian liveaboard, built in 2007. At a length of 33 metres, she comfortably accommodates a maximum of 20 guests. Divers will enjoy three scheduled dives per day, at a range of different dive sites.

The Maldives is a chain of 26 atolls, comprising 1,200 islands, lying 600km Southwest of Sri Lanka at the Southern tip of India.

ACCOMMODATION
The Sachika has 10 cabins, and is able to cater for 20 guests. All cabins have independent air-conditioning and ensuite bathroom & shower facilities.
Suites with King Size bed (x3):
Beautifully decorated with a large King Size bed at their centre. Facilities include LCD TV, DVD player, air conditioned with independent regulation, large shower box and bathroom, smoke detectors, mini Bar.
Junior Suite (x1):
The largest cabin available. Beautifully decorated with a large King Size bed at their centre and a single bed too. Facilities include LCD TV, DVD player, air conditioned with independent regulation, large shower box and bathroom, smoke detectors, mini Bar.
Standard Cabins (x6):
There are 4 cabins with a double bed and two cabins with twin single beds. Facilities include LCD TV, DVD player, air conditioned with independent regulation, large shower box and bathroom, smoke detectors, mini Bar.
All cabins with ensuite bathroom:
All cabins feature an ensuite bathroom with shower.
FOOD & DRINK ONBOARD
The Sachika liveaboard has an air-conditioned restaurant serving freshly prepared international and local cuisine. Meals are served in a buffet style, three times per day.
The vessel also has 2 bars, 1 coffee corner, 1 open air dining area, sundeck jacuzzi, spacious sun-deck with chaise lounge and romantic top-deck star-gazing area.
FACILITIES & SERVICES
Spa & Jacuzzi:
The massage centre provides a range of different massage techniques and relaxing, soothing therapies. Pamper yourself and feel all the stress, anxiety, sleepiness and rigidity of the muscles disappear.
The sundeck features a Jacuzzi pool, the perfect place to relax after diving or to enjoy and sundowner cocktail in the evening.
Activities & Excursions:
There are several excursions and activities available throughout your stay. Fishing is available, as well as trips to some inhabited and uninhabited islands. Accompanied snorkeling trips are also available, and be sure not to miss the dinner served on the beach, with your bare toes in the warm sand.
SCUBA DIVING
Scuba divers can expect to dive 3 times per day and at different dive sites each day. The exact route taken depends on the weather conditions, currents, the season, and information about recent exciting underwater sightings! The experienced crew and dive guides will be sure to give you the best liveaboard diving that the Maldives has to offer.
Winter period notes (December-May): It is possible to dive in the 'oceanic pass' - a natural channel that lets water come in and out of the atoll depending on the tides. The flow of water in and out creates strong currents, but also attracts a range of exciting marine creatures. You can see large tuna, manta rays and different kinds of sharks.
Summer period notes (May-December): South-west currents provide excellent visibility in the Western atolls, the perfect conditions for enjoying the huge variety of hand corals and enchanting colours. In this period it is more likely to see Hammerhead sharks and whale sharks.
