Kuredu Island Resort
Kuredu Island is situated on the northern reef of Lhaviyani Atoll, 80 miles north of the international Airport 'Hulhule', 40 minutes by seaplane from the airport. A large island, Kuredu retains a personal service within a relaxed, fun atmosphere, hosting regular evening entertainment.

Accommodation
Guests have a choice of exotic thatched bungalows, spacious villas which line the white sand beach, or Sangu Water Villas which are built on raised columns over the lagoon. In total this resort offers 8 different room types, all of which are air-conditioned.

• Garden Bungalows are the lead in priced category room type and are situated by the northern beach and have a part open-air shower room and mini-bar.
• Beach Bungalows are situated by the northern beach and have a part open-air shower room and mini-bar. These are located in front of the Garden Bungalows.
• Beach Villas situated by the north eastern beach have a four-poster bed in some of rooms, CD and cassette player and a sundeck. There are two categories of Beach Villas.
• Jacuzzi Beach Villas, as the name suggests, also come equipped with a private Jacuzzi pool. There are two categories of Jacuzzi Beach Villas.
• Sangu Jacuzzi Beach Villas situated by the southwest and southeast beaches. These romantic villas have excellent Indian Ocean views and a private fenced garden with a wooden deck and Jacuzzi.
• Sanghu Water Villas built on wooden columns in the north-west side of the lagoon. These are the most expensive room types.
Food & Drink
Kuredu has four main restaurants serving buffets and three specialty restaurants for which a supplement is payable locally. The property also has a coffee shop, and a choice of bars.
Sports & Recreation Facilities
Kuredu Resort has two swimming pools with sundeck and one children's pool.
There is also range of beach activities including volleyball, football and even a floodlit tennis court and 6 hole golf course along with evening entertainment, 3 gift shops, dive shop, jewellery shop, photo shop, Entertainment Centre / TV room, library, table tennis, table football, darts, giant chess and two pool tables.
The resort boasts an array of water sport based activities available to its guests, such as windsurfing, kite boarding, water skiing and sailing.
Scuba Diving
Kuredu is a five star PADI Instructor Development centre offering all diving courses up to instructor level. Keen photographers enjoy the availability of E6 processing and an on line video editing centre.
As with all Maldivian resorts, the centre offers daily boat trips departing both in the morning & after lunch to a variety of sites. Kuredu also has an excellent house reef that can be dived from the shore both day and night.
'Monsoon' Live-aboard dive boat
The 'Monsoon' is a 36 metre Maldivian diving safari vessel based at Kuredu Island Resort.
Built in April 2007, she is the most advanced Maldives Liveaboard boat so far.
