Launched in May 2005, M/Y Tempest brings a new level of luxury to the smaller safari boat market. Whether you are doing a week long sailing, or just a short mini-safari, you are bound to be impressed by Tempest's quality and attention to detail. A mini-safari is just a short duration live-aboard trip, so instead of spending a week aboard a dive boat, you would just stay for 3 nights and then you would normally spend 4 nights in hotel based accommodation. This is the ideal way to combine good quality diving with a beach holiday too, and is great if you don't fancy spending the entire week aboard a boat. A perfect compromise for keen divers and their non-diving partners. |

| Tempest is owned and operated by the same company which brought you the very popular Cyclone, Typhoon and Hurricane live-aboard boats, so you can expect the same high quality and service. She is 25 metres in length, and sleeps up to 12 guests in 6 deluxe en-suite cabins. Her spacious and tastefully appointed interiors and large sun deck allow you to relax in style between dives. | ||
|
Cabins: Guests are comfortably accommodated in 6 spacious twin cabins. Each deluxe cabin comes with individually controlled air-conditioning and a roomy en-suite bathroom with shower.
The spacious saloon and dining areas are well-equipped with a bar, stereo system and CD player as well as a plasma screen for viewing the day's footage or enjoying a movie.
The sun deck has ample space for 'sun lovers' while also providing shaded areas in the fresh air. The large dive platform allows divers to kit up in safety and comfort.
Tempest has an impressive inventory of navigation and safety equipment to meet all requirements. Divers are ferried to the drop zone in a 4.8m RIB.
