King Snefro 5 & 6 live-aboards
KING SNEFRO 5 & 6 live-aboard.
King Snefro 5, and her identical twin vessel King Snefro 6, were built in Alexandria in 1999 and refitted in 2008.
They are 22m long and both designed in exactly the same way. Each accommodates up to 12 divers - ideal for smaller groups. If you are a group up to 24 people, then these boats can be used too; enjoy diving in small groups and meet in the evening when the boats anchor for the night.

BOAT RATINGS...
We rate live-aboard boats into three categories; GOLD, SILVER & BRONZE.
• GOLD boats would usually be newer, nicely furnished, fully air-conditioned and have en-suite bathrooms (toilet & shower) in all cabins.
• SILVER boats may be older and not so well furnished. These would normally also be fully air-conditioned and may also have en-suite bathrooms in guest cabins.
• BRONZE boats would normally be older and may have centrally controlled air-conditioning. These boats are unlikely to have en-suite bathrooms in guest cabins.
These are Aquatours own ratings and are quite basic, but give you some idea of how different boats may compare to each other.

Accommodation
Standard Twin Cabin - KING SNEFRO 5 & 6.

There are 6 twin guest cabins in total, and all are nicely furnished and have air-conditioning.
Two of the cabins have private bathrooms, the other 4 cabins are sharing 2 bathrooms which are located on the main accommodation corridor. The bathrooms offer hot & cold water at all times.
Saloon & Dining

The air-conditioned, wooden-finished saloon area offers a spacious living area with TV, DVD and CD music system.
Board games, books and magazines are also available.
Dining area - KING SNEFRO 5 & 6.
The dining area is located to the front of the boat and is where all your meals will be served. The chefs are excellent and prepare delicious, mouth-watering meals: if you have any special requests, such as a vegetarian diet, just let us know.
You will be served three main meals, and snacks and refreshments are always available throughout the day. Soft drinks, tea/coffee and water are available at all times and are included in the package. Beer, wine and spirits are available onboard and paid for locally.
Diving
KING SNEFRO 5/6 boat.
The newly designed diving area provides guests with a spacious kiting up area, dive platform and 2 ladders to exit the water. An inflatable zodiac boat makes your diving experience more comfortable and safer.
King Snefro 5/6 do not have a nitrox compressor onboard.
Safety & Navigation
As with all the King Snefro Fleet, all safety equipment meets international standards. In additional, King Snefro 5 & 6 have met the strict standards required by the European Underwater Federation and have been awarded certification numbers SSSSB 0014/0015 S.
The boats are equipped with life jackets, fire extinguishers, smoke detectors & fire alarm system, first aid kit & oxygen (demand & free flow. Navigation equipment includes GPS, radar and VHF radio.
