Sherazade is a twin engine live-aboard motor yacht, measuring 33 metres in length and accommodating 16 guests in eight en-suite twin cabins.

She is operated by an experienced team who have made the Sudan their home for over 20 years and know each reef intimately - there is no one better to guide you through the Sudanese waters.

Sherazade accommodates 16 guests in 8 cabins below deck and each cabin has twin beds. All cabins have individually controlled air conditioning and en suite bathroom facilities.

The spacious dining and saloon areas are air-conditioned and lavishly furnished with teak, plush sofas and polished wood flooring.

Food is served in a buffet format and is to a very high standard, with a varied menu throughout your trip. Chicken, fish, pasta, squid, meatballs, potatoes, salads, bread, rice, beans... the list is endless and there is something for everyone including a varied vegetarian selection.

You will be served three main meals, and snacks and refreshments are always available throughout the day.

The saloon area is great if you're looking for somewhere cool & out of the sun, to chill out for a bit, but for those that can't get enough sunshine there are two sundecks! One partly shaded and one open to the elements.

There is a generously sized dive deck at the rear of the boat, which that means you can kit up in comfort.

With 7 night or 14 nights on board Sherazade, our different itineraries offer a real chance to get to grips with this diving wonderland. The Sudan Discovery aims to show off the crème de la crème of Sudan’s diving, visiting what are becoming classic dive sites such as Sha’ab Rumi, Mesharifa, Con Shelf II and the Umbria. In contrast, the Sudan Frontier pushes the boundaries and takes the opportunity to get to the well-kept secrets and deep pinnacles of the Suakin Islands. The 2 week Sudan Expedition combines both of the above itineraries to give the complete Sudan experience. All itineraries offer one night in Cairo at either end of the trip and the opportunity to visit Cairo’s famous pyramids and museum.

The boat is equipped with life rafts, life jackets, fire extinguishers, smoke detectors & fire alarm system, first aid kit & a 50 litre oxygen tank or emergencies. Navigation equipment includes GPS, radar, echo sounder and VHF radio.
