Kawarty II is a superb 30m Red Sea liveaboard, built in the Suez boatyards in 2003. She was refurbished and upgraded in February 2007, and is now a very nice boat, which regularly receives great feedback from her guests! 

Kawarty II generally operates out of the Marriott Hotel Marina in Hurghada. She offers northern Red Sea itineraries (such as Ras Mohammed, Abu Nuhas Wrecks, Thistlegorm wreck, Tiran Straits) and also central and southern Egyptian Red Sea itineraries, such as the Brothers Islands, Daedalus & Elphinstone reefs.

Typically there are three dives a day, sometimes four including a night dive. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served between dives with daily changing menus prepared by the superb chef. He is very good at producing in-between-dive snacks too!

There is plenty of on-board entertainment available as well as three spacious sundecks where you can relax and soak up the Egyptian sun while keeping an eye open for dolphins.

Kawarty II has 10 cabins (each with 2 berths) and accommodates a maximum of 20 guests. All cabins have en-suite facilities (toilet & shower), mini-fridge and all cabins are air-conditioned. The boat is structured as follows:

Top Deck - sundeck, auxiliary controls.
Upper Deck - Main Bar, 2 x 2 berth cabins, main Captain's control deck and sundeck.
Middle Deck - Main saloon and Dining area, Galley, sundeck.
Lower Deck - 8 x 2 berth cabins.
