The M.Y. Excel is a 36 metre purpose built liveaboard dive boat. She is of steel hull construction and was launched in 1998. Originally designed and built to the highest standards for discerning American guests, she was formerly known as the Red Sea Aggressor, a proud member of the internationally renowned Aggressor fleet.

Accommodating a maximum of 20 guests, she does so in spacious twin cabins, with individually controlled air conditioning and large en-suite bathrooms. There are two saloons, one on the main deck that includes the dining area and another bar and relaxation area on the bridge deck. Two huge sundecks offer a vast area to relax both in and out of the sun.

Excel has an impressive inventory of navigation and safety equipment to meet all requirements. Her powerful engines and stable hull allow her to make speedy and comfortable overnight passages between the remote southern sites to give optimum time for diving during the day. Twin RIB’s, a spacious dive deck and silenced Nitrox and air compressors ensure that the boat provides a comfortable platform for divers exploring remote locations.

The Excel's very experienced dive team offer a comprehensive range of onboard services, which include re-breather try dives and courses, camera hire and film processing, video hire and editing, Nitrox training and an extensive selection of dive courses from PADI, TDI, NAUI and CMAS.
