Location
The Movenpick Resort has a superb beach-front location, on a picturesque bay directly on the Red Sea coast. The beach is clean and the turquoise blue sea water inviting. The hotel boasts a beautiful house reef - kept clean and actively protected from human environmental impact damage - An ideal reef for snorkeling.
The hotel is located 140 km south of Hurghada, 70 km north of Marsa Alam and 220 km east of Luxor. It is 6 km from El Quseir town.
Accommodation
The Movenpick resort has 250 rooms located in 13 different groups of bungalows. All rooms have sea or garden views, air-conditioning, satellite TV, direct-dial phone, internet access, Wi-Fi internet access, safe, hairdryer, and minibar.

Dining
A number of restaurants offer formal and casual dining to suit all tastes. Choose from the Orangerie with its lavish buffet, open-air dining under the stars at Al Fresco Italian restaurant, or fine dining à la carte at Seagulls restaurant. There are also a variety of theme evenings on the beach or on one of our beautiful terraces overlooking the Red Sea.

• Orangie Restaurant - An extensive buffet restaurant serving breakfast with fresh juice, freshly cooked eggs and an excellent variety of breads, plus healthy options. Lavish lunch and dinner buffets offer international and local specialities, and on some evenings they offer themed dinner buffets.
• Seagulls - A fine-dining restaurant with Nubian-style decor indoors plus a large outdoor terrace where you can dine under the stars beside the Red Sea. The restaurant is known for its gracious and efficient service and tranquil atmosphere.
• Abou Ahmeds - An atmospheric and charming fisherman's shack style restaurant directly on the shore, where fresh lobster, prawns and other seafood are grilled on the beach barbecue.
• Al Fresco - An open-air Mediterranean restaurant, ideal for breakfast, light lunches and dinners.
• Divers Club - Situated on the beach, this is a popular place for light lunches and lively theme evenings.
• Pool Terrace - For lunchtime snacks and themed dinner shows in summer.
• Top of the Rock - Situated directly over the ocean, it's the perfect place for stargazing over a sundowner or an exotic cocktail, or simply for chilling with a traditional shisha (water pipe).
• Sirena Bar - A place to relax from afternoon till late evening, serving tea, coffee, cocktails and after-dinner drinks.
Sports & Recreation Facilities
Relax beside two pools (heated in winter), or ride into the beautiful nearby desert on a jeep safari, by quad-bike or mountain bike, or in traditional style, on horseback or by camel. Many excursions are available to book locally at the hotel reception.
Tennis, squash, fitness, spa, Jacuzzi, and health treatments are just some of the facilities available on site at the hotel.

Aquatours work closely with Pharaoh Divers. We can pre-book your diving at a special discounted rate, and cater for divers of all abilities including those wishing to learn to dive or take further PADI courses. Pharaoh Divers has an excellent location, good facilities and a great house reef.
